        Failed to turn up and deliver on 3 successive dates . Then, they updated their system to say that they had tried to deliver and we were not home. Spoke to employee at Fed ex Swansea depot. Not helpful at all. Basically admitted they hadn't attempted delivery and asked me to go and pick it up from them.

        Very helpful staff, the package was too big to carry in the car, so he rearranged the delivery. But they need to add live tracking to their system. Excellent.

        Lost my parcel, the automated phone system is rubbish, no help at all. Have to drive again to the depot on Monday to try and get the truth from the driver as to where my parcel is. Because its definitely not where ge said it was left.
