        Supposed to be delivered to my address, instead, driver takes a random photo & leaves at a Post Office thats nowhere near where I live. DPD customer service is worse than useless. Apparently its my fault for not answering the door at an address I dont live at. Go figure!!!

        Very poor service. Tried to contact to arrange pick up as I work Mon. to Fri. Only access via Web page and have to pay extra to arrange sat. Delivery.

        Absolutely rubbish service, full instructions written on the box, with a contact number and the driver doesn't attempt to deliver as he can find the exact location (even though it's on the box) he doesn't call to ask for directions either. Customer calls the depot and offers to go and meet the driver anywhere in the county, but the depot doesn't have any way to contact the driver (which I call BS on) They state that the driver will try again on Monday, but if he couldn't find it today how will he find it on Monday? Unless he just couldn't be bothered to deliver it on friday and wants an early finish

        Useless. Went to wrong address to collect parcel twice, waited in two days . Their own GPS tracker shows he did not come to my house as well as my own cameras
