Can you award zero stars????? I have waited in all day for a delivery.....they said between 3.45 - 4.45pm. I dutifully sat in the window fro 3pm onwards.....nothing! Then to my surprise I received a text message informing me that they were unable to deliver as I was not at home....along with a photograph of someone's house???? I immediately phoned their Swansea office....and after a great wait someone actually answered the phone and informed me that as they were finishing in 5 minutes they would pass my query on...and I would hear from them in a little while....apparently their driver was not answering his phone..... After some considerable time I again telephoned their office ....and guess what???? They still couldn't contact the driver....but would I like to arrange another drop off day.....or perhaps to leave it with a neighbour???? I declined......as they were obviously incapable of finding my house in the first place....heaven knows to whom my parcel would be delivered . I tried to get my parcel delivered to my place of work.....apparently impossible....as I would have to contact the supplier of my parcel personally to arrange a delivery!!!! After a conflab with an manager it was agreed that my parcel would be dropped off this evening....Tuesday 1st November....between 5 - 7pm ish.....it is now 8pm.....and guess what????? I'm still waiting! FURTHER INFORMATION........MY PARCEL WENT TO THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS AS THE WRONGLY POSTED 'SORRY WE MISSED YOU etc' AND WAS SIGNED FOR BY L THOMAS I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PARCEL????????? WHERE IS IT SWANSEA INTERLINK EXPRESS DEPOT???????

Absolutely rubbish service!! Had a delivery due by this company yesterday and they couldn't deliver for unknown reasons...so we requested it via the app to be taken by ANY neighbour the next day...we had a note through the door the next day saying "did try neighbours" how true this is we will never know! So we went to the swansea depot to pick it up and we're still waiting over an HOUR for the delivery driver to turn up at the depot with the parcel! Baring in mind the driver and depot have had all day to track this parcel so we know a time to pick it up to save US wasting our time...Absolutely fuming! Will try avoid using this service again especially if I want anything on time!!!
