        Shocking. the hostels hounsing options team should not be allowed to work with vulnerable people, they drove my disabled friend to the brink of suicide

        Terrible service, lied to by staff at housing options, receptionist is just rude. Given a placement in a ymca hostel whilst homeless during covid lockdown and now cant get out of there because they say I'm suitably housed because I got a roof over my head even thou I'm in a hostel. DO NOT GO TO YMCA PORT TALBOT

        Can't be bothered to do anything about other people's rubbish being dumped in my front garden. Other people's waste that blows around the road and onto my drive because someone had one too many black bags. If they didn't limit us to 4 every 2 weeks, maybe our streets would be cleaner. Absolute shambles.
