        I have been to Ells 3 times now, all for lips. Now I am absolutely petrified of needles and cant believe how patient she was with me, and still is she is soooo nice and so easy to talk to. Really eases you when youre scared. The stressball she has is a godsend. Even my mum thinks shes great Cant wait for more once lockdown is over x x
