    I would give this company 0 or minus stars if i could! I am writing this review and i am FURIOUS when doing so! I was contacted by these people a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a young man who told me that i may be entitled to PPI. He explained the process and said that it would be OF NO COST TO ME and that i would have to do NO WORK TO GET MY MONEY BACK, THEY WOULD DO IT ALL FOR ME. I have received documents this morning which have been requested by Cheap Justice Claims (previously known as Fair Justice Claims) and i am expected to send these documents myself at my own cost. When i called CJC customer services, i spoke to a lady and explained the situation. I have worked in customer service myself over the years and i can honestly say that i would never speak to a customer the in the manner in which she spoke to me. I am LIVID! She put the phone down on me when i commented on her mannerisms and when i tried to call back, she kept hanging up on me. Absolutely VILE woman! Who would ever employ someone to work in customer service with an attitude like that. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! I think all of the comments speak for themselves but honestly, the worst customer experience i have ever had and i will be taking this A LOT further!

    Rip off. Dont bother, send the letter yourself to the bank. Was told by the guy that called me the rate was 30%, Turned out to be 33% plus vat. And that is of the offer, not the amount you receive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Dreadful company to deal with , they have failed in keeping me up to date with my claim , they have consistently lied about their contacts made to me by phone - no records of their so called telephone calls to me logged on my incoming calls , lied about posting information to me and blame Royal Mail. Persistent in contacting me initially to make a claim but they gave me misleading information , returned all relevant documents which they acknowledge receipt of and claim process starting , heard nothing from them in 6 months contacted them via e'mail , letter and telephone calls after not hearing from them for 6 months promising to send me information - none received, Quick to respond when they were contacted by The FAC Ombudsmans office .Emailed me ( so they did actually have my E'mail address ) stated I had never contacted them apart from my first initial claim process , E'mails proving I have contacted them, written to them and telephoned their office in Neath South Wales left messages on the Face Book page messenger , Face Book Page currently not available ? there were a number of unfavorable posts and comments on their F B Page so guess they decided to close their FB Page account ? denied they received e'mails then adding they had received an e'mail , Very unprofessional, curt and audacious comments made by their complaints handler in this e'mail . I would not recommend this company to anyone . Gave one star which is a dim start but could not post unless I added , AVOID this company is my advice !

    Was told that i had 6,200 ppi refund from Northern Rock. I questioned this saying i had already had a claim paid out from them but they said it often happens that they find more. So i was very happy and received an invoice from them for there cut which was fine. Still had nothing from Northern Rock so rang to be told that i had already had a payout 18 months earlier which i had already told them. Absolutely amateur company who do not know what they are doing. Not even an apology when i emailed to complain. Stay away.
