      • Cashiers dont care about the queue, they just keep talking to each other discussing their pets etc. The queue was more than 10 ppl. One man asked cashier politely to provide service instead of talking. The manager was called and manager told the man that he is not the one to tell them what to do, manager called security guy and asked that man to leave the store and never come back threatening to call the police. The man didnt use any abusive words and his behavior was very polite. So it is just terrible service, they spit on customers and are busy doung their own things and talking to each othet instead of working.

        Ordered a tuna melt panini from the caf and it was stone cold, with unmelted cheese and butter in the middle. The outside edges were Luke warm. Revolting
