The new refurbishment is so, so nice, new Bakery, self serving till, cards, flower shop and a click and collect kisoks. The new self serving till are very easy to use. Sarah who works there is amazing. We had a chat for about 20 minutes at the end lol. Sarahs very nice and she very good at customer service. I think this might be my new favourite M&S. just one downside is because the cafe has gone theres no more customer toilets but still 5 stars.
