        Just your bog standard, low grade employment agency. They will approach you regarding a role, guarantee you a start then ghost you. Basically the Tinder of employment agencies. Agencies like this will typically have clients that pay the minimum wage. Even if it's stop gap work you're looking for, you're better off approaching Adecco, Randstad or Acorn.
