Came to do a minor repair on my garage roof and left leaving the roof in a worse state than before they started. They failed to remove all the broken slates, secured new slates with plasterboard screws so long they punctured the membrane below. Did not fit full slates leaving a hole in the roof where you could see right through to the membrane below. Did not fit any copper disc rivets as originally fitted to secure the slates and to top it all off they then 'glued' part slates onto the roof using mastic to cover up their poor workmanship. All in all a complete botch job.
