        DISASTER!! Have had to pay someone else to redo most of the work. Would rate at minus five but system will not allow. I would recommend that you look for someone who is not a cowboy builder, there are plenty of good builders out there. So far I am over 15,000 out of pocket, this experience has also made me ill through stress. Do not be taken in like I was.
