If I could give 0 stars I would. I phoned up this company asking to come out to give me a quote for my property which is currently under renovation. From the get go as he answered the phone he had attitude towards me. I started to list out things that needed doing at the property and instead of helping me the older man on the phone began to make fun of my lack of knowledge and laughing at me saying "you have no clue do you". Very Patronizing towards me and undermining me. I'm assuming it because I am a young women and he thinks I don't know nothing so treated me as such. Never in my life have I been spoken to like that by a supposed business man. Don't bother asking this company for help. Very rude and unprofessional, disgusting behaviour from someone I never even spoken to or met before.

Great Job, really pleased with the result - They were reliable, knowledgeable and courteous. They arrived on time (even when raining) to assess the work, submitted a quote and did the job. The problem was completed quickly and efficiently. No Mess. Brilliant! Yep, I was well chuffed with the work carried out, always talked me through the work being done, many thanks for that, very helpful. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any further work or if The Beast from the East should show its face in Wales again . :) (hopefully not)

Made an appointment to come out and have a look at damp/condensation but an hour after they should have arrived, phoned to say they had forgot. They rearranged to come the following week but this time failed to turn up, ring or answer my message. I also tried to ring a couple of times but got no answer.
