Drinks are always great. However, staff members that usually work on a Saturday morning are rude. They act as though you are doing them a great injustice by coming in the shop. A friend visited this store yesterday and wasnt even greeted with a hello. I love the convenience of this store and often go in on my way to work. It is a shame the staff cant be more inviting.

The store is very nice and clean, and staff exceptionally friendly and approachable. I just feel sorry for the girls working there in extreme heat. Crazy hot inside the store, absolutely unbearable, especially now during the summer months. The company should strongly consider aircon, especially because current environment is not good for the people working in the shop, and customers either. For that reason I give it 2 stars and additional 10 stars for the coffee shop crew

5 Stars! Made a little note saying how in other stores we never get cream in our Frappuccinos and how it makes us sad every time and when we got our drinks we found this note in our bag with a free cookie!! Thank you so much team!!
