Please ask your drivers to stop unnecessary idling - it is illegal on public road and nuisance - polluting and noisy and no respect for residents in area - your firm is one of the worst this year and should do as some model coach firms do and switch off engine when stationary - your drivers need to read the coach conditions on gov website as they do not follow them
