My partner's daughter needed to have alterations on her bridesmaids dress and they were so helpful and kind. It was finished within a few days and it was absolutely beautiful.

Took my curtains in to be shortened. When I received them back, they weren't parallel. 12mm difference on one side of the curtain to the other. The other curtain wasn't parallel either. Took them back and was reassured the problem would be rectified.
Second time I got them back, hung them up to see they still hadn't been shortened to my required length. Still out by 10mm on one curtain & 30mm on the other!!! They offered to try and rectify them again (3rd time), but I haven't got time to waste. I'll be taking my custom elsewhere. Service: Alterations
