This company carried out a survey on a property we are in the process of purchasing. We booked through a 3rd party website and was slightly concerned after looking at the reviews when we found out this company were completing the survey. But they carried out the survey that we booked, arranged to have access to the property through the agent, and sent the report over in the time agreed. Couldnt have asked for a smoother service.

Luke conducted a homebuyers survey for my partner and I on short notice. In terms of quality, the survey he conducted far exceeded our expectations, with an impressive level of detail and thoroughness. Luke identified a couple of items that needed to be returned to the vendor; if they hadn't been identified, they could have resulted in additional costs later on. We are extremely grateful for Luke's assistance and will definitely use him again in the future.

Isnt worth one star. As a first time buyer, the experience has been awful - wouldn't recommend at all. Makes assumptions in surveys instead of using facts, rude and obnoxious upon contacting for clarity, and caused a huge amount of stress and delays needlessly....AVOID!!!

Thank you for your reply. The specialist in this case was yourselves as you confirmed this property to be non standard construction at the point of valuation. Which should of stopped the survey. No other specialist was required. You valued the property at 0. You the specialist confirmed the property was non standard construction. You knew very well the morgage offer would no longer be offered and you carried on to gain the fee of the survey. Thank you for our very expensive 2 booklets that tells us the valuation is 0 and almost no mortgage lenders will lend out to this type of property. If there is a reason why the Home survey was carried out without informing clients of a failed valuation due to non standard construction I will delete the review and apologise.
