        Brilliant cattery,our cat came home chilled, he's been to 2 previous catteries and came home stressed. Not with Gower Cattery he came home happy and not stressed at all. Helen is brilliant. We can go away knowing the cat is happy and well looked after.

        Totally let down last minute before the morning of our holidays by this unprofessional, rude , unsympathetic lady ! . My cat had a tiny non infected graze on his ear , on arrival the lady refused to take him unless seen by a vet . After rushing around to the vets and reassured it was non infected , given a long lasting antibiotic injection too for precaution the owner still refused to take him . I was in tears of frustration and the lady put the phone down on me without any compassion. Thankfully I managed to have a good friend help us out and not having to lose my holiday !
