I have been a customer with FRF Vauxhall in Swansea, I have visited on several occasions to have my car serviced and on ather occasion to chose my new car and collect it. The staff on the desk and the sales room very friendly and polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I picked up my new car a few days ago and NEIL the sales person has been reassuring , as I was a little anxious about driving an automatic car after over forty years of driving a manual car, NEIL reassured me, explained the mechanics and even paired my phone for me. An high five foe all the staff and a BIG THANK YOU TO NEIL.

Awfull service, spent most the time on the phone to this company and they never call you back when they say they will. They are never very helpful. I purchased a new from vauxhall vivaro and I have had my aux belt come off and rap around my pully at 25000. I had a nightmare trying to get a curtisy van from them as well. I have Had my van back and now I have a fault on my van , the van is missing all the time.,again waiting for phone calls back , then to be told they cant look at it again untill the 4th. But I can take it to bridgend which is miles away. I can't wait to get rid of my van so I don't have to deal with vauxhall ever again. Think twice before purchasing a van from this company. Unfortunately the situation got worse and the van now requires a new engine. customer care don't keep in touch to let me no what is going on. I had so much stress trying to run a business , I am now closing it.
