        Don't know why I've never left a review but been going to this cake shop since it openedm best flapjacks and cupcakes in Swansea. Friendly staff and outstanding desserts

        Wow!! Amazing cakes from a wonderful lady who went above and beyond with her service, not only did she get the cupcakes spot on, she did it with little notice adding loads of extra touches for my daughters graduation surprise. Janine and her mum helped me fix a last minute disaster with my daughters graduation bouquet . I cant say enough about how I appreciated the extra touches. I will definitely use lil puddings again when Im next in Swansea. (They tasted fabulous too!)

        Very poor service. Overpriced unprofessional and very rude with clients. I was chasing her for 2 days to place my order for my son's birthday eventually I placed my order elsewhere (better price and services )and kindly informed her about that thanking her for her time as a result I received a very rude and unprofessional message. Can say straight away that you are not dealing with professional person. Very unhappy not recommended!
