        I've gone from giving 1 star to giving 3 stars because there are some things that's amazing about this place but I also think that there are areas to improve on. One thing I want to mention is that the quality of care in Cae Deri is much better than many other care places. There are times when they go out of their way to make the residents feel empowered and there are times that they listen to what makes the residents feel uncomfortable and try to avoid making the resident to feel uncomfortable. I've seen some improvements but there are some further improvements that could be made.
