        Whoever is now running the Sketty shop hasn't a clue what they doing. I ordered a Rosseli's Sub as a wrap. Waited 10 mins which I didn't actually mind. Only for the girl to say "Oh I think the chicken maybe frozen". I told her to redo it. l also had to ask for my coffee, which she forgot. Ive now lost points on two occasions too, cos she didn't know how to do it.

        I went to order a coffee and said I would just use the toilet prior to purchasing, only to be told that the toilet is staff only - thats not good when you dine in!
