        For many years, they would not let people attend classes if they were unemployed or on low incomes, and couldnt pay the fees; the NKT claimed that if they could not afford to pay for classes then it was not in their karma to obtain teaching. Of course, as soon as this was highlighted in national media, they allowed a discount for low-income individuals. Weird, creepy people

        I recently visited for the first time and had a really lovely, heart warming time. A beautiful building, friendly community and experienced resident meditation Centre. A peaceful and inspirational sanctuary!

        Regular attendance at classes at KMC Wales has helped me develop inner peace and to face life's day-to-day problems with a more stable and positive mind. The teachings and meditations are delivered with clarity, warmth and gentle humour. Everyone is welcome here. I can highly recommend giving it a try!
