I booked an appointment here in June 2022. with less than 3 months for our wedding, September 10th 2022! Linda is an angel. It felt like she knew just by looking at me what would and wouldn't work for me which meant the process was super easy, super fun and enjoyable! I got my dress and veil here! Who knew I even wanted a veil! The whole experience was awesome. I found my dress, cancelled my other appointments and brought this one. The bottom of the dress was taken up as I'm vertically challenged and I collected it a week or so later. Linda is super,she put me at ease, got me a beautiful dress and gave me a confidence boost too! I recommend Linda to everyone, go straight here don't bother anywhere else in Swansea Thankyou so much!

What a wonderful experience shopping for my gown in Chic & Elegant. I went shopping for my gown by myself Linda and Linda were brutally honest which I really thank them for. They picked the perfect gown for me. The one I wanted made me look old. I would never have picked the gown I have. Im so glad they suggested I tried it on. It wed the 2nd gown I tried and it is perfect. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience.

Absolutely amazing staff, I went with my mam and friends, I was very nervous about going to try on dresses but I was made to feel very welcome and I felt totally comfortable best staff, best dresses will 100% be recommending to friends and family, and thank you to the staff for helping me find my dream dress!

I needed a wedding dress a bit last minute (8 weeks before my wedding day) due to some issues with my pre-existing dress. Linda was so accommodating and helped me find the perfect dress for my style. Her shop had lots of options at reasonable prices. I needed to go back for alterations which were done promptly. Linda was so flexible in getting me booked in last minute. I would 100% recommend getting your wedding dress from Chic and Elegant.
