White Orchid Bridal

I had that looking forward but not looking forward kind of feeling. What if I looked terrible in every dress and what kind of dress do I want, I literally had no idea. If you are feeling in any way like this then make an appointment with Abbey at White Orchid Bridal. I cannot speak highly enough of her. From the moment I arrived Abbey greeted me with a huge smile. Abbey asked what I liked and what kind of dresses I would like to try, I explained that I had no idea. White Orchid Bridal have rooms and rooms full of dresses, where to start ! This was not a problem Abbey said lets just try as many dresses until we find the one. Abbey also recommended dresses she thought might suit, I definitely wouldnt have thought about trying those styles. Abbey really knows her stuff ! Nothing was too much trouble. Abbey went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I tried on so many dresses. I dread to think how long it took Abbey to put them all away afterwards. Abbey is so patient and so invested in making sure you find your dress. Her knowledge of accessories from sleeves to belts to tiaras was also invaluable. Abbey even helped me put my hair up so that we could really get an idea of what everything would look like on the day. Several hours later we found the one ! I couldnt have done this without Abbey and her super skills.

I would highly recommend White Orchid Bridal the whole experience was amazing Abbey was fantastic she is so lovely and patient and really made me feel at ease with the whole dress search. After going to a number of other shops it really put me off the whole experience but after going to White Orchid Bridal completely changed my mind. Abbey helped me find my beautiful dream dress! I absolutely love it and cant wait to wear it next year I enjoyed both my appointments with Abbey the first one was with my Maid of Honour and one of my Bridesmaids and then I went again with my Parents when they came to visit and they all commented how helpful and kind Abbey was and made the whole experience very enjoyable The shop itself is gorgeous with beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and a really welcoming feel with so many stunning dresses to choose from you certainly wont be disappointed!

I bought my dress from White Orchid in July 2022 , nothing but ease and smoothness from buying from here. I didnt know what style I wanted, but Abbey was amazing had so much patience. Abbey let me try on as many dresses that I wanted, which were all beautiful. I was on my 6th dress and I thought to myself Im not going to find the one for me, which at this point Abbey went out and came back with a dress which she thought would suit me and omgosh it did! That was the one! Abbey knew exactly what would suit me! Would highly recommend buying from here and also my dress came back within 6 months. I got married on the 4th of March 2023. Scam! I cancelled my dress 10 months ago and it had not been altered at all! Never worn and still demanding payment! I will never recommend anyone go here. They had their deposit and more plus they kept my shoes and sold them PLUS ringing me on a mobile number and arguing with me that I had to pay, no I never worn the dress and was never altered as I cancelled the dress within weeks of the "fitting" and I was told they could sell it on if I cancelled!!!!
