        John is very respectful, knowledgeable and accommodating during your time with him. If you're looking to boost your fitness, confidence or both then look no further as John manages to organise the tuition to meet the desired intensity. His extensive background really offers a unique experience in the art of boxing and the classes have become a concrete part of my weekly routine. The gym overall is very welcoming and perfect for people of all skill levels. Five stars for sure!..

        Started to get healthier and to try and get good at boxing and Im so glad I picked Cornelius as he is patient and definitely worth the money (even tho hes very well priced) I would 100% recommend him to anyone
