Really pleased with the service I had . Lovely welcome and found my perfect car . Phil Griffiths and Steve Taylor looked after me and answered all my questions. Great friendly atmosphere. No pressure and everything went to plan . Would highly recommend them .

I recently purchased a 330i from a different BMW dealership and the Engine Management Light came on during the long drive home. I took the car into Sytner Swansea for diagnosis and thankfully no issues were present. EML has not returned since this. From start to finish, my experience with the after sales team at Sytner Swansea was exemplary. Chloe who booked me in was knowledgable and efficient, Kelly the service manager was friendly and ensured I was well looked after by the rest of the service department. Kieran and Caitlin looked after me during my waiting appointment, and were approachable, knowledgeable and concise during the explanation of what investigation was carried out on my car. All of the reception staff at the dealership were very welcoming and the waiting area couldnt have been better, complimentary snacks and drinks, and ample space to work remotely during my visit. I would encourage everybody to utilise the after sales team at Sytner Swansea, they are a real credit to the BMW Brand. Thanks again to all of the staff!
