        Used this awful company for cycle to work scheme, terrible selection of bikes, extremely over priced, unable to select bike in person as distributed from somewhere in wales. Even though i spoke with customer services several times no body mentioned there is a fee for returning the bike used bike to see what it was like and then was told bike has to be unridden to be returned. Now I'm stuck with this p.o.s forever will avoid like the plague in future

        Avoid at all costs. I will be writing a detailed review in due course. This company delivered a faulty and unsafe bike and refusing to deal with the issue correctly. Will escalate through my employers and also the ombudsman/trading standards.

        Awful company to deal with. Take your money and then no after sales service leaving you relying on the goodwill of local bike shops. Next time Ill buy from the local bike shops in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

        Check your bike over. Build quality isn't great loose bolts and screws, lack/missing grease on crucial components. Delivery was okay. Customer service was good however.
