Ive been to Jo for a few appointments but reflexology is by far my favourite. A beautiful, calm treatment room with a warm friendly welcome. I look forward to every appt and always leave feeling relaxed and wanting more!

I have been going to Cariad Reflexology Beauty for a few years. I have always found Jo the owner, to be very professional in all she does. Jo is always happy and willing to help all her clients with choices within the establishment. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I feel very pampered when I go there. I always look forward to all the treatments I have there as she makes you feel very special. I would highly recommend a visit to Cariad Reflexology Beauty. I cannot rate them highly enough. Ive been a client with Jo for as long as I can remember. Ive always been happy with every treatment Ive had over the years. I love having reflexology and dermaplaning . Yesterday I was booked in for a combination treatment for the first time . Dermaplaning with reflexology, to say I was blown away with this experience is an understatement. Ive never felt so relaxed during and after the treatment in all my life. Thank you Jo as I slept so well last night , the first time in years. I highly recommend this treatment. Bev Davies
