Had an appointment for 1pm traveled 40 minutes into town to be told the appointment was at 1:30 pm said I would come back closer to the time came back at 13:20 as I'm a wheelchair user and my arms where tired to wait in the shop a girl came round from out the back and asked if I was the 13 :30 gel appointment when I booked I was told the girl I only have acrylics with a specific nail tech as I have NEVER had gels in my life and she assured me it would be her because I have never gels so went outside the door to call my mum who brought me to let her know I might not be as long to go back in and be told my appointment had been given away I went found my mum and we went through the quadrant heading for the car to see a member of staff having her nails done very disappointing as I have been there a few times and enjoyed nothing against the nail tech I normally see but will definitely not be going back Service: Manicure
