        Extremely disappionted. Had an appointment booked that i was really looking forward to and no one showed up, i had to wait outside and no one would answer my calls. After contacting via instagram i've been told that the appointment was not booked and i can book for another Day. I asked If i could get a discount for the inconvenience but got totally ignored. Total lack of professionalism, respect and poor customer service.

        Can't say I've had treatments here as I went upstairs to Vixen brows, however the shop is decorated very elegantly & the staff are friendly. There are always people back and fore which implies they are good at what they do.
