I been to nick twice now .he makes you feel so at ease. Explained what he was going todo .went through everything. Had my lips done again yesterday. He made me feel like I have known him for ever.he give me stress balls to hold made a big difference. Idid not feel the needle going in .His hands are so steady. Always checking to see if I was OK. Very professional can't fault him .fantastic experience. I recommend Nix Aesthetics to everybody young and us oldies
