Punctual and the fade and beard were done well, but failed to follow instructions. I clearly stated before the haircut not to touch the top, but this was unfortunately ignored and the barber instead decided to give me split ends. For my hair type this ruins the way it lays and now I will have to buzz it and restart (I have had my hair this length for 8months+). If he was going to go against my instructions I wish he would have at least asked me first so I could have explained why this would ruin my hair and not to do it.
