The rice was looking really dry but we still orderd our usual. Unfortunately when we started eating it the rice was rock hard.
We told the gentleman working there and he dealt with it straight away and binned our original food. He brought out fresh rice and gave us our meals again that we had ordered. It was amazing as usual. Thank you for sorting this out swansea branch.
