        Chris repaired my mother's top loading washing machine which had sprung a small leak triggering the service light. The underlying cause wasn't obvious but Chris pinpointed the problem after a very thorough examination of the machine. He replaced a motor at a very reasonable cost and the machine now works fine. Chris kept me informed when he was running a little late for the appointment, was very pleasant to deal with, is clearly hugely experienced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.         I wasn't expecting anything much, due to time of year and holiday time upon us, added to this was injury and illness. What I did get was some very welcome advice/suggestions and an invitation to call in the new year, if I couldn't get my issue sorted out I will definitely be calling
