        Repair to Samsung washing machine which was under warranty. I was contacted by the company, the part was ordered and an appointment scheduled for the following week. I received a text on the morning of the appointment to advise time frame. Then received a phone call when they were 30 minutes away. Machine was fixed and the engineer was very professional and courteous. Very happy with this company Service: Washing machine repair

        Below average service at the moment, I booked a washing machine repair online and had no response. After 3 days I called them once a day to see when an engineer can call out but, they had issues with their finance team, so after my initial online booking it will be 10 days later when (if) someone will call out.
