I just wanted to say a huge thank you and show my appreciation to your ambulance service and particularly to Mathew and Luke who were so professional and thorough. I was always so thankful for our wonderful services who take care of us and our loved ones when we need you but these two went above my expectations and were just so lovely. Thankfully my father is looking a lot better thanks to their intervention and decision to take him to hospital where they discovered he has C-Diff

We will always get those who The Welsh Ambulance Service serve who winge at all life has to offer including the service given by 999 Crews or Patient Transport But when scrutinized Thier complaints are petty in the extreme and ALWAYS SELF SELF SELF Its inevitably found the crews act with absolute professionalism Im Ex Ambulance Service Crews these days dont know this and when I have used the service I watch and think To date not one action ive seen isnt in the finest traditions of the service Care First till Last The experience of crews is a wonder to watch
