        A real great tasting rum! Sweet to taste but on the right side of sweetness, tasting notes of salted caramel & vanilla with a nice earthy aftertaste. I gave it a good test run, had it on the rocks, on the rocks with lime, ginger beer & coke too, all gave the rum different flavour profiles and really enjoyable to drink (personal favourite was with ginger beer and lime!)
