I wouldnt even give this company a star. So Ive ordered two products for my fiancs birthday and wanted next day delivery, however there was a wee mistake on the address when I emailed them about it they said to email them the order number and address and they will send out my products that day with a new tracking number, however nothing came through. I eventually told my fianc that something was wrong with his present he said to keep at them, of which I did. Ive been contacted them through their instagram page and they have said send us your ehh no ail and well look through it. Yesterday my fianc and I went to the police to see what we should do, bearing in mind it had been over 3 weeks now for next day delivery. They have advised us to keep at AU because this is now a breech of communication and not fulfilling their duty to deliver products after a mistake was fixed. If I didnt spend the amount of money that I did, I wouldnt be writing this l, however I spent nearly 100 on this company, and will be taking this further to civil court if this matter is not resolved because I have done what they asked, giving them my address and them saying that they will send me the items on the day. All I want is for my products to be delivered as its a lot of money spent and its a birthday present.
