ABW Executive Travel

Amazing experience from messaging to being picked up to being dropped off and being collected our flight got delayed we explained that our flight was delayed and we landed he was there waiting for us at 2am couldnt of asked for a better service definitely will be using again

Would give no stars for this service if I could mr Anthony very rude and ignorant human being these people dont know how to do business they think its ok to keep people waiting when tried to make a complaint he started shouting abuse down the phone and very threatening behaviour from this guy would not recommend stay clear there are a lot of better companies out there

Excellent service from Anthony from our transfer to Bristol airport. Even managing to get someone to pick us up after a 10 hour delay coming back! Thanks once again

Antony was amazing - we booked for 8 people short notice and he was so lovely! Put on great music for us on the journey (it was Halloween!), was really friendly, and even let us book a return trip, postponing it when we needed. Such a great service and cannot recommend enough!

Price was the cheapest . I had quotes from about twenty companies to take the family and I to Somerset as I was unable to drive myself as planned due to a knee injury days before. So as this cost wasn't budgeted for we went for the lowest cost although there were 4 companies within 20 of ABW quote. We were extremely nervous about using a service like this incase it didn't turn up and ruin our plans so on the morning when it was due to turn up I was worried that firstly it hadn't turned up on time and secondly there was no contact. I messaged him mins after the agreed time and he said he won't be there himself as he has had problems with his van but has arranged someone else to take us. That was not a good start but the guy who helps ABW out was very polite,helpful and I would use him again. The MPV he used was clean and was comfortable. On pick up day from Somerset it was ABW collecting us and again about twenty mins late with no communication until I contacted him first. On arrival I was very surprised that the pics of the MPV he sent me before booking looked clean and smart was not what turned up. The vehicle had taxi signs on it and inside was not clean. There was so much stuff in the boot area and I kicked a few water bottles out of the cab trying to get in. We had arranged to take a quick stop on way back but being in the vehicle for a hour or so we all agreed not too so we could get home quicker. I had to sit in the cab and with leg brace on it was extremely uncomfortable as I didn't have much room to stretch out a bit as he had the middle seat covered in food,drink. I gave him 3 stars as we did get there and back which was the minimum we expected but that's it. I would have given the company who took us there a 4 star and ABW 2 star so averaged at 3. Certainly shouldn't be labelled executive travel
