Great customer service, just make a phone call explain the fault, then you get an engineer calling giving you a date to call, great service love it, wish everything can be like this.

This company was faultless, but having been with them for thirty months, the last six months has been to use the correct word "HELL". My mother was treated well for approximately two years, the company had become too complacent and the management staff in the office were always unavailable or if you did get through the answer was always the same, it was SICKNESS everytime. Anyone looking for care for an elderly relative just stay well clear and don't touch them with a barge board. It should be renamed, a good name would be "ZERO CARE Ltd".

I have been a "client/patient" with CDA Care , Swansea WEST , since 21 AUG 2021. From that first day, I have seen and had PROFESSIONALISM, care , from people who so obviously love and respect their job. In every way, every day, for me sometimes knowing in the suffering of night that in the morning, I will hear the door open and ALWAYS a friendly , caring face who respects my need for immune protection, is not only professional, but always with a touch of kindness. I can not give higher recommendation and will always think of my time with CDA as a support , helping in and leading towards difficult times .
