Avoid this company at all costs, after receiving a message from them earlier in the year saying they Were no longer trading due to I'll health (a blatant lie, as I later discovered), I went w Ith another accountancy firm. The new accountancy firm is unable to process my claim until receiving information from all in one. Despite text's calls emails over the last three months, still no reply!!

i employed Jill to look at the discrepancies in my tax codes last year. whilst then she did a good job, this year i have had two changes in my tax code and now i am owing HMRC monies for expenses/professional fees she put in against a tax return which really messed up my tax this year. i asked her for proof of what she had done in writing and well nothing - so i spoke with HMRC who are now looking into this for me - she has gone to ground and under the freedom of information act failed to provide me with the details she held on file. I am PAYE and then she put in a self assessment return against me.
