Cambrian Flying Club

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took 294 from me March 2022 and after many cancelled flights (some because of weather 1 because of really bad management) I have had no refund and they are impossible to contact. I had to really save up for this as it was something Id always wanted to do and to be treated like this is horrendous. After sending texts, emails, tweets and answer phone messages I am almost 300 down and have nothing to show for it.

Do NOT use this company. They do not respond to telephone calls or emails. We have been trying to contact them for 10 weeks to book a flight using a gift voucher purchased from a third party. We have now received a refund as Cambrian have been unable to fulfill their obligation. Shocking service.

I have been learning to fly at Cambrian since March 2015, and find that it is a friendly and professional organisation. The Instructors are immensely knowledgable and patient. The facilities are fine, and once airborne the scenery is sensational. The school also run a weekly groundschool, which helps you to pass the exams that you need. An added bonus is that Swansea airport has no 'heavy' traffic, so you fly during a lesson, rather than have to wait for the big stuff to land. Highly reccomended.

I've flown with Cambrian as a passenger a couple of times, and the experience has been brilliant. It was great to be up in the sky over South Wales and totally feel comfortable! The club has a great fleet of aircraft which seems to be ever expanding, the staff there are welcoming to anyone no matter how interested in flying you are, and the onsite facilities are more than capable with demands. If you ever get the opportunity to fly, I cannot fault flying with Cambrian one bit!
