The property could seriously do with a makeover as it's all very 1970 .
Try if possible to avoid room 1 as there is no view, the room is a very small double with steps down into the bedroom and steps up to the bathroom. Very odd !
Breakfast was pleasant as was the service.
The bar in the property to be fair is a strange idea as it must be difficult to be worthwhile with the lack of customers, again no real view and no obvious seating area.
Overall it's a bit dated but querky.

Owners are very nice, will do anything for you, beach by hotel is OK for dogs
But make sure the tide is out
Or the woods are very nice, but up n down get your walking shoes on.
