I recently bought a caravan which had been serviced by Cymru caravans the month before, the service sheet noted a few minor faults such as a broken blind but nothing concerning at all. After buying the van and upon closer inspection it is riddled with faults such as a rotten floor, defective motor mover, gas hob defective, front lockers leaking, shower tray cracked, LEDs not working and damage to internal cupboards. None of these faults were noted. I spoke to Cymru caravans to see whether they could take a second look at the van and offer any assistance and was told I was 'barking up the wrong tree' There's no shortage of caravan specialists locally and the detail and care taken does not compare to previous service sheets the same van has had.
