Spent a wonderful half term week here in the whole property with friends, kids and dogs. Really couldn't have been happier - lovely property, big comfortable beds, and a Bond room which is terrific for cinema and cocktails! The securely fenced large garden area is perfect for kids & dogs to play safely, and Ian and Bridget are the perfect hosts. Loads of great walks and things to do nearby too. Very highly recommended!

We are just back from the most fantastic fortnight at The Swan Country House. The kitchen was so well equipped and conservatory a great feature so you can eat/sit/play all through the day in such lovely light whilst watching sheep and cows in the fields and kites fly overhead. Bedrooms were very comfortable with great towels and mattresses. Ian and Bridget were so welcoming and helped us find our way... but allowed us full privacy at the same time. We will be back!

We stayed for 6 nights as a base for cycling. The accommodation was clean and spacious with ample secure storage for our bikes. The hosts (Ian & Bridget) were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked by Ian, a perfectly start for an active day. Mountain bike routes are close by with stunning views, the B&B has a hose and drying room if you get caught in the rain and mud! Road riding is equally good, with plenty of challenging gradient. For a rainy day I recommend a visit to the National Cycle Museum in Llandrindod Wells.
