Felt most unwelcome. The two ladies working there totally ignored my wife and I even though we were just about to hand over 13 for our purchases. They kept nattering to each with no acknowledgement we had even entered the place, not even a customary hello/ shwmae. Without being told how much I had to pay, I handed over a 20 note, the only spoken word to me as I was offered my change from a distance was- sorry I didnt mean to throw your change at you as it hit the floor and rolled away. There seemed to be a reluctance when to have skin to skin contact during this process. From experience, volunteers in outlets like this are very welcoming but not here it seems. If the RNLI are reliant on volunteers, then they should look further than these two. Im sure if two youngsters/teenagers were working there and showed such little welcome/ respect they would be shot down in flames. Over all disgusted. I hope the 8 mug I bought is more warming than those two. Thats the last for me sorry.
