Great place to go, was a 1st for me and my partner. Rspb reserve so had money off for being rspb members which made it even better. Loads of seals and seal pups this time of the year. They have the highest number of seals breeding there in the UK.

We had a great 3-4 hours on Ramsey Island on Saturday 7th September. RSPB staff very informative. Fairly quiet bird wise but we were delighted to see the Choughs doing so well. We saw about 10 all at the same time. On the boat ride back the skipper saw a harbour porpoise and circled back round so that most of the passengers could get a least a fleeting look. A highlight of our week in Pembrokeshire.

Super little island we walked all of it and we saw baby seals on the beaches and a slow worm which I had not seen since I was a child so that was exciting lots of sea birds too. As we left one of the the seal mums was curious about us so she came quite close to the boat.
