Allpump services have definitely gone down hill, they are all very helpful when they're taking money from you, nearly 11.000 in my case, but will not replace a three/four year old bit of kit which has failed. Very poor in my mind, do not recommend these people to anybody.

Went to adjust my backwash timer Sunday afternoon because the clocks were turning back, only to find a water leak. Got into contact with Robbie at All pumps 8am Monday and within an hour their engineer got it fixed. Even though they had a full days work ahead of them, they still managed to come out. Cant fault service like that. Well done All pumps!

Water pump failed on Saturday night, with Sunday and a bank holiday looming. I had no water at all. A plumber kindly pointed me to All Pumps. I called and they took details and barely a couple hours later were on site with a replacement pump. Friendly, efficient and professional. Would happily recommend them.

Not sure where to even begin with how much unecessary cost, uncertainty and stress this company has caused due to bad after sales service and lack of organised engineering staff and their time. Purchasing a treatment plant was absolutely no issue, handed over near on 4000, from this point on i experienced the most slack, rude & worst customer service i've ever encountered. After having a nightmare year prior due to ongoing septic tank issues paying out left right and centre to get it emptied over 8 times during the year, i carried out reseach & then chose this company due to high ratings on google. After the (3rd Party) contractor had finished a seamless installation of the tank, the commissioning of the unit nightmare then began. Several attempts of contact were made to try secure some type of cemented commissioning date then took place. A complete lack of scheduling ability & fobbing off was experienced, to the point where the newly installed tank started to backflow out into the brand new soil pipe infrastructure (this was now 3+ weeks after the installation and seating of the new tank). After reporting this i was told to "just pay somebody to get it emptied as i wont be able to expect an engineer anytime soon". This type of interaction was not just the experienced from 1 staff member unfortunately, i experienced the same attitude from the administrative staff, engineers and the senior managmenet. I cant and dont even want to go into or revisit the barrage of rude and completely unsettling interactions via face to face, phonecalls and email trails that ensued afterwards with this company. I personally would never recommend this company and warn others that chose or have no choice but to use them to make sure that they secure cemented engineer time prior to handing over a small fortune. Makes me sick to think that in todays day and age that companies can get away with this type of seriously bad service / attitude and lack of any type of organisation. After having to contact the tank manufacture company to escalate the issue, i was then called immediately by a very blunt & rude All Pumps staff member and told i will have an engineer onsite that day, i explained i was not happy with the service i had received and would need to have a discussion to make sure i was still happy to use them (as they would be the guarantor of the tank if they commissioned it and was worried due to what i'd experienced if i still wanted to use them), i was hung up on during the call as the staff members tone escalated. I have now had another company commission the unit (which took place within 2 days of making a call)....which i then learned merely pulling a single cable through some ducting and terminating it to my already in place isolator switch.....less than 1 hours work in the end. I also need to mention that i was quoted 350 for this 1hrs of commissioning time from All Pumps, maybe a blessing i ended up having to use another company in the end as it cost me a fraction of that cost to get it commissioned. After so much time, words and pain, i'm now speachless.
