Leading Confidently

I approached Wendy a little over 3 years ago now to help me with confidence and anxiety. Before seeing Wendy I had anxiety surrounding supermarkets and driving. This left me avoiding shopping at all costs and never visiting anywhere new if it meant me driving. Since seeing Wendy I will drive anywhere and I've no issues with shopping. I approached Wendy again for a bit of support for an interview last week. Wendy responded almost immediately and set up a call as well as sending me resources to make use of in my own time. I was successful in the interview and I thank Wendy for that. Seeing Wendy has been one of the best decisions I have ever made and I would encourage anyone to do the same! She has opened so many doors for me.

Wendy came into my life at such a pivotal point, I completed her Exceptional Growth Programme over the course of a year and it really did help shape me on my journey of self confidence. We set realistic annual goals that we then split down into smaller ones each month using Curve to track. The course gave me all the tools i need that i can continue to take with me to cope with anxiety and how to talk nicer to myself. I found that I really clicked with Wendy as a person, her caring nature & the ability to hold me accountable for my own goals, her stories along the way were always very inspiring. I left every session feeling empowered and that was very important to me. If you have the chance to work with this wonderful woman i highly recommend you take up the opportunity. Christina

This post should have been sent before Christmas but due to covid and an unexplained injury and the fact Id forgotten my pass words - which happens quite a lot - now Im sharing my experiences after being helped by Wendy Today was my second visit to Wendy, the result so far is truly amazing. She has helped me control my anxiety , given me the confidence to realise saying no is not always a bad thing- and is helping me take back control of my life. I know I have a way to go yet but feel with Wendys help I WILL achieve what I need to feel confident and lead a more active and positive life- one that I can control myself and not let others take control of me- I would urge anyone who needs any help to call Wendy. I will be forever grateful. She is truly an inspiration.
