We have just had a Tesla Powerwall fitted, completing our installation following fitting of PV solar panel last year. We were always aware that the Powerwall was on extended delivery and were content to wait, once available Rob contacted us and kept us informed and acted very professionally in arranging an installation date. The installation was completed by Jack and Sam to our complete satisfaction, very neat and tidy, they consulted with us throughout and answered all our questions. Excellent service all round.

Almost a year since we placed our order, we now have a fully functioning 6 kWh system with Eddi and Tesla battery and are very happy with how the system is performing so far. There were a few issues on the way but Carbon Zero kept coming back until it was all sorted and the delays were mainly caused by supply issues. We would be very happy to recommend Carbon Zero and we are really seeing the benefits now that the battery is installed and some better weather has arrived. Thanks in particular to Rob, Neil, Natasha and Emma.

Very happy with how my system is performing so far. It wasn't all plain sailing, as we had a few unexpected installation issues along the way. However the guys kept coming back until it was all sorted - not sure you could ask for any more. The individual installers were all great and appear to have done a very professional job. We have a few friends who've been monitoring how it's all been going as they have their eye on a solar system too, and I've been happy to recommend Carbon Zero. Fingers crossed for a decent spell of weather now...
